Just like your dollar is less when you go to the grocery store, we face the same issue ordering from our suppliers, but we have always remained firm in our commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients.

May of 2021, the nation experienced a chicken shortage that saw our raw chicken wings increase in cost by 87.5%. We decided to raise our wing prices by 45.5%.

Since then, we have raised prices three additional times in response to rising food costs.

January 2022

-We increased the price on 54 of our 97 menu items.

September 2022

-We increased the price on 29 items (2 of which were meals).

-We eliminated nine menu items we felt would be too costly to the consumer.

-We created our Family combo, providing 15 pieces of mixed chicken and two large sides for $29.49.

-We eliminated our Daily Deals and instead moved deals to our app so we could better pass savings on to consumers.

November 2024

-We increased the menu price on 28 items.
-We decreased the menu price on 1 item.

Today, 78% of our non-catering meals are under $13, and 42% are under $10 while still containing high-quality ingredients. We have also taken internal steps to reduce costs, such as better inventory tracking and centralizing our distribution and processing.

Our team members come from the communities we serve; we're providing a space where they can get a first or a fresh start. We maintain a base starting pay above minimum wage, which increases yearly. To support our team members and their families, we provide them access to health insurance starting at $35 a month with $10 prescriptions. They are the future leaders of our company, and we're hard at work building a culture that retains and attracts the talent we need, along with professional development.

To return value to our customers and reward them for supporting us, we have the Uncle Remus Loyalty Program, which gives customers 1 point for every $1 spent with us. Our Loyalty Program is free to join and provides varying deals and the ability to redeem points for menu items.
