Sauce Store Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
All orders are final sale and no refunds will be given unless an item arrives damaged or spoiled.

Refund Process:To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team through email (saucestore@uncleremususa.com) with the damaged / spoiled item within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund.

Inspection and Refund:Once we receive the returned sauce and inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Customer Satisfaction:Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you have any concerns or issues with your sauce order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Taxes and Shipping: You shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to the purchase of products from Uncle Remus’s Sauce Store.

Delivery Dates: The delivery of Sauce Store products is handled by USPS. Since delivery may be affected by weather and labor conditions beyond USPS’s control, neither USPS, nor Uncle Remus can guarantee delivery dates.
